Ethiopian producer associations to the next level

One of the objectives of the Ethiopian-Netherlands Trade Facility for Agribusiness (ENTAG, a program of Wageningen Centre for Development Innovation), is to professionalize private sector associations (PSA) in the poultry, spices and herbs and the aquaculture sector. PSAs need to increase their capacity to improve services to their members and optimize representation in the sector. Middelbeek Consult assessed the associations, developed a training and coaching plan and currently implements the plan to bring the associations to the next level.
